Hi, I’m Chris Van Vliet, a 4-time Emmy Award-winning TV host, entertainment reporter, YouTuber, podcaster, and entrepreneur based in Los Angeles. For more than 20 years I’ve been working in broadcasting, covering some of the biggest events in the world, like walking the red carpets at the Oscars, the Grammys, and the Cannes Film Festival. Along the way I’ve had the privilege of sitting down for interviews with incredible people like The Rock, John Cena, Tom Cruise, Dave Bautista, Julia Roberts, Steven Spielberg, “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, Trish Stratus, Hulk Hogan, and many other top names from WWE and AEW.
I love diving deep into conversations about mindset, motivation, and success with elite performers from entertainment, sports, business, and beyond—real, unfiltered talks that go way past the surface level. On the business side, I’m also co-founder of the bass fishing brand WOO! Tungsten, which has been a fun and rewarding passion project.
